Prior to going in person to order, I thought of ordering online but did not want to wait, wanted to see the quality and product first, also looked at other custom shirt companies but they either had a minimum # of shirts required or a disclaimer that the order will be ready in 7-10 days. Also, prior to this, I went to another shop which said they weren't able to screen print my logo because it was 2 different colors..it was a basic orange and white color! But Shadi said he could. I live in the area, so he invited me to his location, showed me examples of what kinds of items his business could produce, and gave me great suggestions on improving designs. I have since been working with him for about a year, and I am very happy with his work. When there have been occasional hiccups in production, he has been eager to fix any issues, and invested considerable time to try to make things right. The product quality is great, and the items I have purchased from them have held up over time very well. I also think their graphic design department does a great job at taking product concepts and creating beautiful, wearable designs. In general, I have been very happy with their product quality, prices, and customer service. They have allowed me to expand my product line in a very cost-effective way, and have been quite helpful to me all around. I would definitely recommend them.
