I reached out to this business a week ago via their webmail form regarding art classes for my…read moredaughter. No response. I then called again a week later and got their voicemail and left a message. No one called back. I then called later in the day and got someone on the phone. However. I wasn't sure if it was them because they didn't answer the phone as a business. It actually sounded like I called someone's house. After I explained why I was calling I was told (over the background noise, that I had to ask her to repeat herself) she told me that they didn't know when the art classes would start again. I gathered that some instructor was away but I couldn't hear anything else. So before the call ended I asked if they were starting up again in March or April or she wasn't sure. "Not sure. Don't know." That was the reply. I almost apologized for bothering them since she had such an indifferent manner in the phone. I see they have relatively good reviews but based on my experience I can't concur.
