Met a lot of great people, security is great with tossing out drunks, music is diverse.

It was pretty empty and tiny. Nothing like I expected. Music was okay but no one was dancing when I went...

I've had some good nights here, but the hours listed on Yelp are incorrect and it's often a bit empty.

Allusion Speakeasy - Outer Rim Provisions menu and bar top: Food menu from the Wobbly Olive

Went in for an after-dinner drink and got pulled into a full Star Wars takeover, complete with Han Solo frozen in carbonite on the door, a Mos Eisley Cantina bar setup, and Star Wars shows playing in the background. The theme changes every 3-4 months, so what you see now won't be there forever. Reservations are usually required and we got lucky thanks to a local host who knew someone. Worth planning ahead. Drinks come from the in-house "Cantina" and lean into the theme without feeling gimmicky. Food runs off the menu from the Wobbly Olive, the main bar hidden behind a door in the same spot, and it held up. The Outer Rim Provisions menu had solid options. The biggest surprise was the noise level. You'd expect a themed cocktail bar to be loud, but you could actually hold a conversation. Our server was on point, brought drinks fast, and even remembered the names of the people we were with. Go for a date night or anytime you want a low-key cocktail experience with serious attention to detail. Make a reservation. Peek into the Wobbly Olive on your way out.

Loved the atmosphere, food, drinks, and service!…read more The meals we chose, came from the general restaurant, and they were amazing! The creativity that goes into each one of their themes that rotates quarterly-ish, is so impressive! They even had an old book for guests to sign that looked like it could've belonged in the Lord of the Ring movies. The drink I got was a spinoff of an old-fashioned, which I love, but it was really just an old-fashioned. I couldn't taste the difference, but it was a great old-fashioned! :-)

We drove all the way to Colorado Springs specifically to experience the Stranger Things pop-up…read moredinner at the Wobbly Ollie, and I can honestly say--it did not disappoint. From the moment you walk in, the immersion is incredible. The outside is set up as Castle Byers, and then you walk through a short hallway designed to look like the middle school dance floor from Season 2. Right away, you know they put real thought into the details. Once you enter the main seating area, it gets even better. They had Chrissy on the ceiling from Season 4 (yes, that scene), the couch from the Byers' house, and the iconic alphabet wall with the Christmas lights. Our table even had a Pac-Man game built in that we could play while we waited--such a cool touch. The themed menu was great, with a whole lineup of Stranger Things-inspired drinks. I ordered the waffle sliders, which are tiny waffles with a burger inside, served with fries. They were absolutely delicious--perfectly sweet and savory at the same time. My son ordered the large TV-tray-style plate inspired by the show, complete with turkey and gravy, stuffing, green bean casserole, and more. Everything on his plate was genuinely delicious and comforting. Even though the Stranger Things pop-up is no longer available (they rotate themes--SpongeBob is currently up), I'm so glad we made the drive. The experience was fun, immersive, the food was solid, and we got a ton of great pictures. I would absolutely do it all over again and can't wait to see what theme they roll out next. If you enjoy themed dining experiences, the Wobbly Ollie is 100% worth the trip.

My daughter and I came here for their Taylor Swift speakeasy night--how fun is that, right? We…read morecalled ahead because we were running a little late, and I wish I could remember the name of the guy who answered. He was incredibly friendly and reassuring... and honestly, they didn't seat us on time anyway, so it all worked out! The whole setup was super cute, and everyone in the speakeasy looked like they were straight out of an Eras tour concert. The themed cocktails were cleverly named after Taylor's songs. Yes, they were a bit pricey, but you're really paying for the ambience and the whole experience. And the food? Shockingly good! For a kitschy, themed event, we didn't expect high-quality dishes, but we were pleasantly surprised. The décor was adorable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and we even met some fun ladies while we were there. My daughter is already excited for whatever theme they do next!
