I opted for a non-surgical treatment option, and I did not feel pressured to opt for surgery. Both Dr West and his staff explained things to me in a way I could understand. Their office was busy, but I never felt like I didn't get my share of time with Dr West or was being overlooked. The offices are nice, warm, and accommodating; the exam rooms were spacious (enough room for staff as well as anyone accompanying you). I went here for a gum graft in 2024. I am still fighting with them about my balance. At the time of…read moreservice, I was quoted $1,889 as my portion, and I paid that full amount promptly. I trusted that this represented my complete responsibility, especially since their own financial policy clearly states treatment plan fees will be honored for 180 days. Since then, I have received repeated bills over $1,000 and a threat of collections. I've contacted their billing department and sent a letter with no response. Unfortunately, periodontal clinics don't fall under the No Suprises Act. There are other legal measures I'm now going to have to take. What they are doing is at best unethical if not criminal. Judging by the other reviews and social media posts, this is a recurring theme here. During the procedure I was not even sedated the entire time. The only reason I went there was because of an extreme dental procedure anxiety. I would advise to not go here and if you do just plan that they aren't going to quote you correctly and will demand possibly over 1000 on top of what you've already paid. There is also a possibility you will be awake during the procedure.

I felt at ease when I was in there and I felt like they connected with me immediately. They're super professional and it does feel like a family oriented environment among themselves and to their patients. I am having some fillings redone. Needless to say, I am going to have to make several visits here due to the work that has to be done. So far so good and I am comfortable with the cost that I am paying for the work through my insurance along with comfortable after the work is getting completed. I have to come over the course of several visits, but that's okay! It is getting done and I feel just fine once I leave. Bottom line - he knows what he is doing and the unit as a whole cares about their patients.
