Each time I call, the minimum amount of time I wait on the phone is 18 minutes, with the most recent being today, 40 minutes. When I asked if it is always this way, the receptionist said, "Most likely, we have 17 providers and 2 girls taking calls." That is terrible customer service. A million-dollar practice has two receptionists? Come on. I can't comment on how good the Dr. is because I haven't seen him...only his assistant. She was pleasant but did not seem to have all the information she needed to give us accurate information. Hence, having to call back to find out and thus waiting on hold. It just doesn't seem right. Spend the money and get some help answering phones.

Well maybe I should just say one I'm not gonna name names but one girl was rude to me and I don't take kindly to that nor should I and when I called her on it and asked to speak to her supervisor she got offended and hung up on me. Then she called me back and said oh we must've gotten disconnected. Well I asked again to speak to the supervisor long story short they never returned a call to me after I returned I'll call back to them and the next thing I know in the mail I get a letter stating because of my inappropriate behavior that they were dismissing me as a patient. Inappropriate behavior is a tough Word. This girl was young and I'm kind of feeling because of the situation maybe the office manager might've been a family member maybe some nepotism going on but to dismiss any patient for that reason is beyond me. I did not use vulgar language I did not call her names I simply asked to speak to her supervisor because she was being rude to me. My motto is be kind be kind be kind it's so much easier than being rude. I'm also a veteran and I had to put in a complaint to let the VA know my side of the story. My next move is possibly to let the executives know. If you feel that the office staff or even your doctors are being rude or dismissive to you and you can't have a conversation with them that's just not a good situation.
