Tonight was a prime rib night so it was busy but there seemed to be plenty of staff to manage service. All 4 times I've felt as though my family and I were a large inconvenience to the waitress, each time we have been billed incorrectly. It is not difficult to tell there are several regulars there, they are treated very differently. We will not be driving the distance again.

But I did tell my server and she took it to the owner. The only person that apologized was the server. I wasn't expecting to be compensated for it but I was expecting someone in management to come an apologize for this. As I walked out the door I did mention it to the person at the hostess table and told them i was personally hurt that nobody in management come to offer an apology.
