Oddly, 1.5 years later, potential buyers used them also, and...RIDICULOUS is the only word. Made my beautiful, improved home sound awful, many, many crazy things, for example--we had spiders in our outdoor crawlspace. Also, I placed a sticker on the new dishwasher's on button which became "potential problem" with it...Oh and missing window screens when they were easily located in the garage (removed to clean windows). Just the tip of the iceberg, but sooo many stupid items IT RUINED MY HOUSE SALE. If anything, my home was 50% at least better than when purchased. Spotless, turnkey, zero safety issues, beautiful. This obviously inexperienced inspector scared away the buyers with his ridiculous list that made it horrible to them. How is the first inspection just fine then after 60k in improvements, love, new paint throughout, repairs and additions, you make it look horrible? Something strange went on here and I hope to find out what.

We had a unit colder than a diss track--no hot water, tenants lookin' stressed, vibes all bad. My man took one look at the situation and said, "Say less." No cap, he went straight to work. No duckin', no weavin', just straight bars and pipe wizardry. Before long, the water heater was back droppin' heat harder than a summer block party. Taylor got that real get-it-done energy. Dude treats plumbing problems like rap battles--he shows up, handles the competition, and leaves with the W. His confidence is smoother than a G-funk bass line, and his work is tighter than a freshly laid beat. If plumbers had mixtapes, I'd be bumpin' "Hot Water Chronicles Vol. 1" all summer long. Much love to Taylor for keeping the hot water flowing and the residents from taking ice-bucket showers. Homie earned every one of these five stars. Straight fire. Would book again.

Ineffective Service, Exorbitant Charge for Nothing, and Management Ignores Customers…read more I regret calling Raptor Rooter & Plumbing LLC for a serious plumbing issue in mid-November 2025. Water was backing up from a basement floor drain in my South Hill Spokane home, creating a messy and urgent situation. Technician Brandon arrived and, after I described the recurring problem in detail, tested the drain by running water. He then briefly ran a cable snake only about 2 feet into the drain and stopped. He provided no diagnosis, no explanation for the backup, and admitted he didn't have a camera scope on hand--which likely would have revealed the root cause. After roughly 45 minutes, he left without resolving anything. I was shocked to be billed $462 for this unproductive visit. Hoping for some accountability, I left a message two days later for General Manager Chris, asking him to call me about Brandon's service. It's now January 7, 2026--nearly two months later--and Chris has never bothered to return my call, showing a complete lack of integrity or concern for customer satisfaction. Fortunately, I found a reputable plumbing company in the area. Their general manager and team were responsive, thorough, and fixed the problem permanently. Raptor Rooter's work was inadequate, their follow-through appalling, and their overall integrity horrendous. Save yourself the frustration and money--I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU CHOOSE ANYONE ELSE for work beyond attaching a garden hose.
