I tested the mower at home and the back tires STILL DO NOT roll backwards (on any surface). The owner of Mowers & More said he put it back to mfg specifications. He would be correct If Honda purposely makes mowers that DO not roll backwards. He refused to rework on my mower per the warranty! Who doesn't stand behind their work and lives to tell about it?

Hubby has a motto: "Never throw away that which can be recycled." Boy does he live by that, and…read moreso does everyone else here. We recycle everything. This has reduced our trash output tremendously, and it's also great for the environment. Hubby found this recycling center several years ago when our subdivision discontinued curbside recycling and it just pained him to throw away all that stuff that he knew could be recycled. Papers always went to the school recycling bins. But what do we do with all of that glass we're generating? You know, those empty beer and wine bottles that we mysteriously seem to manufacture? He thought he'd hit the jackpot when he located this recycling center: they took plastics (1 and 2 only, though), all glass, metal and tin. They have since expanded the materials that they do accept (check their website) and they accept all plastic recyclables now! Hubby is ecstatic! Most people don't even realize this location exists. If you're into recycling and are willing to separate your items and bring it to them, this is not far if you live on the north side of town. Saturday mornings are a great time to drop stuff off, and the workers there unload everything for you. We don't mind taking the extra effort to do this, as it IS reducing the amount that's going into the landfill, and once again, our subdivision voted down curbside recycling. **On a side note, this is stated as being a Montgomery County facility. We, however, do live in Harris County and have been going here for years.

When it became difficult for her to operate, my brother, sister and I gifted her with upgrading her fireplace to a remote control system. Trey was very helpful in the showroom, after looking up the original install, explaining the upgrade would not be an issue and would be easy for their installers to adjust. Just as Trey explained, Randy came out and got her updated and walker her through the easy operation of using the remote. I live n San Antonio, and can't tell you the feeling I received when my mother called very grateful for the wonderful gift my brother and sister gave and how she spoke so highly of Randy the technician in how polite and caring he was in the install and operational instruction.
