Staff are friendly, they get to know your face so you feel like they address you personally which is nice.
It has a small and friendly feel to the surgery.
As with all doctors these days though you can wait some time for an appointment unless you ring of a morning to get an 'emergency' appointment.
Can be hard to get through on the phone at busy times ( i.e mornings )
The automated message is on later in the evening even though appointments run later on..
I was stuck in traffic and tried to call the surgery to warn them I was running a little late for my 6.30pm, but could not get through as the auto message was on instead.
My own doctor left the surgery, I only found out by being told a few weeks later when trying to make an appointment, I was told that patients are not informed of these things which i think is a shame as some patients only like to see their own doctor.
I was left unable to see a female doctor as mine had left and the other was on maternity leave.
I do like this surgery though, its handy for me with children.
The car park is so small though there's often no spaces. :-/ read more
