They don't just sit there on their phones and wait for you to come to them. Definitely a good spot to run to when you need something and you're not trying to drive all the way to one of the bigger stores on the right days you can even catch tastings and also some general releases. I haven't caught any of the special stuff there yet, but I'll keep checking overall a good spot and very appreciative to have it.

We kindly called the store and explained to the clerk, She said she would reach out to the owners. So we inconveniently drove all the way back (15 minutes away) hoping for a replacement bottle or even store credit. Only to be turned away by Robbin who said the owner was out partying and not returning her calls. Long story short, no refund! No bottle!! (we left it there) and horrible customer service. Never again will we buy there. Buyers BEWARE!!!!! All sales (even broken ones) are final!!!

The cashier sat behind the Covid plastic face shield counter and asked if there was anything she could help me with. I asked where I could find the gin and She pointed to where the gin was . Another lady walked in and went to counter they started talking. I went to check out , after a few seconds the cashier looks at me and says "ok come on".. I looked at her because it just sounded so rude to me. She said " we're just talking". I still was offended by her tone and wish I would have just walked out. Apparently the chef arrives at 4:30--yet 4:30 came and went, and he didn't show up until around 4:50, casually strolling in as if nothing was wrong. For a place that opens at 4, it's confusing that the kitchen isn't actually ready to operate. The spot has a lot of potential, but the management and coordination clearly need work. That said, the bartender was extremely friendly and professional--no issues there at all.
