That's a mess waiting to happen... Anyway, otherwise, I adore this place. I have had some really fun nights here. I absolutely love the first Friday Zumba dance parties. These are from 7-10 on the first Friday of every month and cost $10. There are a bunch of different Zumba directors who lead dances all night. Each month has a different theme (such as superheroes, the most recent). It is a ton of fun. Friday and Saturday nights Scandals hosts dance parties and drag shows. These are always really fun and high energy with lots of party people with positive attitudes. People come to Scandals to let loose and really enjoy themselves. It is a great space for it, decent sized dance floor with raised dance spaces and sitting areas as well.

Lighting is decent and one major positive was they had the a.c. cranked up high on the July evening we were there, when it was like 95 degrees outside. 2 major drawbacks...1. There's literally NOWHERE to park in the area for free. Th cheapest lot we found was around the corner and at the end of the street in a gravel lot and it was 12 bucks. Parking right at the venue is 40 bucks. 2. Drink and beer prices inside are way high. A shaker cup cocktail is 20 bucks and it's ALL ice. Refills are 17 bucks!!!! Another thjng I didn't like is that the box office is not attached to the venue and is up the street and they didn't take cash for tickets there. They also don't give you a paper ticket...they digitally text you a receipt and your tix too. Security has a walk through metal detector and they wand folks as well.
