I was attempting to voice my concerns about the foundation issues when cutting down a tree very close to the house. She spoke harshly stating, " I'm going to hang up because you want let me speak!" I apologized stating I was just trying to explain what I needed and why. She hung up in my face! I called other companies today and they were outstanding. ATER completion, first rain storm - there was an issue with the drainage - water flooding my flower bed at the porch from his "proper pitch of the driveway' - he is refusing to correct the concrete. He agreed last year to contact me in March 2025 to remove/replace 3 panels of the driveway that actually run the water straight to my flower bed/porch IF I had him do more concrete work at the time. He had required me to pay him in cash - now I know why! Would not take a cashiers check from the bank - glad I had him sign a receipt indicating paid in full.
