Spent 70 years looking for a doctor of his caliber, training, understanding, patience, knowledge. Was in very good health while under his care; now have multiple issues. Husband went to another doctor recently and the care was abysmal. Soon after he saw her he had quadruple-bypass surgery. She didn't even examine him, just took intake forms. Such a waste of time. Thank goodness I had a cardiologist referred by Dr. Novak years before for me. That doctor and the surgeon and his team saved his life. Had he been going to Dr. Novak all this time he would not have needed the surgery. What Dr. Novak had him doing that he kept up with saved his life. What he ignored brought on the problem. Does anyone know how I can get in touch with Dr. Novak? We need him desperately!

She asks for your input and what you think, which is a pleasant change from the "I'm a doctor and I know everything" approach of some doctors out there. I have yet to run into any negative situations with her or her staff. I've been a patient for going on 13 years now and I can't recommend her enough! She's been pretty flexible about squeezing you in for a visit last minute, but you have to do SOME footwork and call when they open (9AM I think?). They usually have cancellations that early! Overall, dealing with the healthcare system can be a bummer. But my one bright spot in that mess is Dr. Green!! She rocks!

Dr. Bahmanpour has been one of the most outstanding providers that I have seen. He takes his time and goes over every single detail. He is very knowledgeable and he is never in a hurry. One time he spent over forty minutes going over my medical records and issues that I felt bad that I had taken too much of his time. I also like to extend my gratitude to the office staff who always pick up the phone and have been very helpful. It's a great thing to have someone actually pick up the phone when you call your doctor these days. Many offices send you to voicemail and can take days before they actually get back to you. I also appreciate their hard work and promptness in getting referrals and prior authorization done in a timely manner. I'm forever thankful to Dr. Bahmanpour and his amazing staff. A. Nooraddean

This my review of Dr Liu and his staff. My wife has been a patient here for about a year and I've…read morebeen meaning to write a good review but every time I forget. We've been coming here mainly because my wife speaks mandarin as her primary language and it's difficult to find any Dr's that speak the language. But, the main review on the Dr is his overwhelming "patience" with the patient as most doctors can't wait to get you in and out of the exam room as they have so many patients, Dr Liu takes the time to listen, review, and come up with a plan/recommendation for treatment even when the patient (my wife) keeps on talking and wanting more answers. Dr liu, is conservative as opposed to aggressive in his treatment including prescriptions, always giving possible side effects and reasons for recommending which one and why this is the best approach. I've been to plenty of Dr appts in my life where you're not only feeling rushed to get out of the office, you also are not confident in the treatment. Dr Liu also has a good sense of humor and also has good manor with female clients. Because of this, I'm probably making Dr Liu my primary doctor as well. But don't worry, I'm not as long winded as "some" patients might be

At 71, carefully transitioning from 50 miles of walking per week and three 2-hour gym workouts each week is crucial to my quality of life. Dr. Anderson has helped preserve my knees and hips by gradually replacing walking with lap swimming and incorporating a PT routine alongside moderate weightlifting during my gym time. He is also providing steady guidance for my other age-related challenges, including asthma and low-grade prostate cancer. This includes lap swimming to increase my lung capacity and referring me to the best local urologist for promising cancer treatments. I appreciate that he sees patients on a walk-in basis with minimal wait times, remembers my history, and patiently answers all my questions. Happy to report he took the time to methodically review family and medical histories, had wonderful bedside manner, and was in no hurry whatsoever. I remember being impressed with the time he spent asking probative questions or searching his knowledge before coming to any recommendations/conclusions. Having a compassionate disposition is an absolute must for any doctor. I won't address any specific reviews below, but Dr. Matson is the epitome of what you would expect out of any medical professional of the highest order. Take a moment to read some of the literature in his office, ask him a few questions, and you'll quickly see he's one of the doctors who still really, actually cares about your health and wellbeing. Lastly, I'd like to comment on the front desk nurses. I'll admit I thought they were a bit too curt on the phone at first, but after meeting them in person it's clear they take their job and your time very seriously. You won't be complaining when your Rx is called in and your paperwork is finalized and ready to go before you are... Clockwork! Love it. Thanks Dr. Matson and Co! -Austin

To start of with : I have had good experiences with Nurse Pam and Dr Novak…read more However, the administrative side of this practice is really problematic. 1) Most appointments (in my experience) run much later than scheduled (in some cases more than 1 hour!). The practice says that if the wait time becomes too long they can reschedule, however I recently had to wait even longer during the rescheduled appointments. The actual appointments feel incredibly short and brief, but I guess this is the unfortunate state of healthcare in the US, wherein you only get to talk to your doctor for less than 15 minutes. Appointments do feel fairly rushed. 2) The front desk seems to be very disorganized with keeping track of payments, be careful to save all your receipts or risk getting constant letters that you owe money to the practice! In my experience, they have not properly recorded co-payment and claimed that I did not pay. I have otherwise had good experiences here, but these issues (long waits and poor billing organization) sadly makes for an altogether poor experience
