During the lift, she accidentally spilled a large amount of solution on my left eye I could feel it running onto my eyelid, and that lash line has been sore ever since. On top of that, the results barely lasted. Within a week, my lashes dropped almost completely flat and are uneven one eye has a slight curl while the other is straight. I followed all the aftercare instructions, but the lift still failed. A lash lift should last 6-8 weeks, not a few days. Even though Natasha was nice, I'm extremely unhappy with the outcome and wouldn't recommend this place for lash lifts, Groupon or not.

During the week of appt, they text you for a deposit via venmo ($30 for me). Then they try to re-book you for a different time than what you sign up for but they try their best to still accommodate to your schedule. I had no problem communicating with them but I feel like this should be a bit smoother just in case others may not be so flexible. The salon itself is neat and clean. They sit you on a comfy recliner chair and cover you up with a cozy blanket. Krystal was so gentle during the process. I actually dozed off a couple of times because I felt so relaxed during the lift. I didn't even know an hour was already up! I was pretty happy with the results and Krystal also went over how to maintain the lash lift. I will definitely be returning when it's time for me to have another lash lift!

I made an appt the night before and the owner responded quickly which I loved! The two ladies that worked on my daughter's nails did a fantastic job! She loved it. The lady who did mine, Julie, kept looking at my nails (I did my own nails the previous night) and giving it the stink eye (at least to me it seemed that way). It was making me uncomfortable so I asked her if she wanted to see my nails up close. She replied with no but said the color was pretty. She then asked me what color I wanted and I told her a sparkly or shimmery white. She asked if I wanted gel, it lasts longer but I declined. I noticed that she was painting just plain white and let it go because I know there was a language barrier. So I let it go. When mine was done, it honestly looked like she used whiteout to paint it. I made a note to self that I wouldn't be returning. Two hours after, I looked down at my toes and it looked like there was a yellow tint to them. I put my toes next to my daughter's, who also got white but gel) and you can clearly see a color difference. I went today to go back and have it repainted but they are closed for the holiday. I'll have to wait. I am disappointed in my experience. We stilled tipped all three ladies pretty good. $20 for each lady doing my daughter's nails and $10 for Julie (I really just wanted to give her $5 but was overruled by my daughter who felt bad)
