I moved from the Chicago-Milwaukee area where I did my due diligence at finding the best nail salons. I tell Snappy all the time that they do a better job than any nail salon I have ever been to. I go religiously every 3 wks and my nails are gorgeous. I'm so grateful I found this place. I was driving to Chillicothe and looking in Columbus for a great spot only to find the best place is a 5 min drive! So happy!!

I was told it cost more because of the nail shaping and design. I had no idea the polish I chose was considered a design. I thought it simply changed under the light used to cure the polish. Had I known the price would be nearly double what I was quoted, I would have declined. The lack of communication and disappointing results were frustrating.

The piercer was great and we discussed if it was viable, and she shared she had titanium implant grade if I wanted to try it since the other two weren't titanium. She also said she could go deeper and use a longer rod. So I decided to do it. She was so particular to make sure it looked right standing and sitting. And my previous two piercings had been done offset so she was able to do it without even hitting my scar tissue. She also used a flat-back stud which was great! This is the first time (in my experiences) where my navel piercing didn't even get red or swollen. By night it looked like I had it for a long time. I've never had this experience of no redness tenderness or anything before! 5 stars and highly recommend. Clean. Family owned. Be aware it's cash only so you aren't caught off guard like I was. Thankfully I could pay with PayPal for my balance. It's only a week out but at this rate, I am hopeful that it will finally be accepted by my body since she went deeper and I've had no issues.
