Another lady came in at the same time wanting concealer. The daughter of the lady who does botox shows up unprofessionally dressed and late. They talked for 30 min about how her class mates where on drugs and how to be professional while I waited for her mother to show up for my now 30 late appointment. I mentioned twice that I now would like to reschedule since I had another appointment scheduled. She proceeded to keep talking to the person who did not have an appointment but was trying to get her daughter a job there. I was hoping to do something nice for my mother since she had just gone through something extremely tragic. I have been to several appointments and I have never been treated this unprofessionally. It's very unfortunate that we have to travel so far for decent service.

I went in to see if I could get my navel repierced after having two rejections from two other…read moreplaces. The piercer was great and we discussed if it was viable, and she shared she had titanium implant grade if I wanted to try it since the other two weren't titanium. She also said she could go deeper and use a longer rod. So I decided to do it. She was so particular to make sure it looked right standing and sitting. And my previous two piercings had been done offset so she was able to do it without even hitting my scar tissue. She also used a flat-back stud which was great! This is the first time (in my experiences) where my navel piercing didn't even get red or swollen. By night it looked like I had it for a long time. I've never had this experience of no redness tenderness or anything before! 5 stars and highly recommend. Clean. Family owned. Be aware it's cash only so you aren't caught off guard like I was. Thankfully I could pay with PayPal for my balance. It's only a week out but at this rate, I am hopeful that it will finally be accepted by my body since she went deeper and I've had no issues.
