I made an appointment with a nice lady named Anne, shes very professional, gentle, very clean (which is so important during these times of covid). Customer service was over the top!! The lashes and the procedure was just as great as the customer service. She always made sure i was comfortable, if anythinf hurt, etc. Aside from the great customer service and comfortable experience, the lashes also somehow stayed on for longer than expected too!! With her great knowledge on how to tale care of lashes, i followed what she said and it stayed looking full for 2 weeks!! I dont know if its the magic or the love she puts in doing what she does, but it was the best eyelash experience ive ever had. 10/10 will be going back for my next visit

On top of that's she gave me everything I wanted. I wanted something really natural with a cat eye wisp at my corners and she totally delivered. Well I am so thankful to her that we were introduced!! Mallorie is by far superior when it comes to professionalism and expertise in this industry. I personally am a licensed Esthetician and speaking from experience I can honestly say that she is beyond amazing at what she does!!! We started out with a consultation a month before my wedding, I had a very specific image in my head of what I wanted and showed her several pictures to give her an idea of what I had in mind. She really LISTENED to what I said and applied that to my look. It is so difficult to find a stylist who ACTUALLY pays attention to what the client says and actually DOES what the client wants!!! That right there had me sold!! Not only that, but It was the first time I had EVER really LOVED my Makeup and had someone else doing it (yes I'm VERY picky)!!! So I hired her for my wedding and that's when she really went above and beyond, she not only arrived early for the job, but she was ready to work and help in any way possible. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time, she brought notes from our consultation and remembered EXACTLY what I had said the first time around, and then when she finished my makeup and lashes, she even stayed to help me with the finishing touches on my hair! She didn't have to stay; she had already spent hours making me look and feel beautiful! Not only did she do an incredible job (which is not easy to do on someone as picky as myself), but she really made me feel like the Queen of the Day! She just has such a charming presence about her it is truly a pleasure to be around her. Her calming and charismatic personality made me feel so relaxed and at ease during all the chaos and commotion of me and my bridesmaids getting ready on my wedding day. All I can say is if you want the true celebrity experience, you have to book Mallorie Mason for your special event, you won't regret it!
