I've been going to her twice a month since August, hoping I can support her since she's a small business owner. EVERY appointment has either been cancelled less than 24 hours prior (by her) or needed to be rescheduled. In addition, she has ripped/ pulled out my natural eyelashes after realizing she's applied the false ones incorrectly. Through all of this, I've still been VERY patient and have continued to give her my business. Today's message was "Hi Carla, good afternoon. I unfortunately won't be able to take you today, I'm going to have to cancel our appointments moving forward. I'm very sorry for the last minute cancellation. Here are a-couple lash techs who I think you will be very happy with & that are local around your area." Excuse me?! Based on other reviews, she has a history of doing this to other clients. The technician Brady had a bad attitude almost like he was annoyed he had to do my pedicure with a shitty attitude the entire time....he did not clean under my toenails, did not trim my cuticles, my nails were all uneven with white polish all over my toes. He was also on the phone during my appointment which came across as unprofessional and inattentive. They've always made me feel right at home, they feel like family now. But hands down the best part of going to them every 2-3 weeks for several years now is that it has quite literally changed my look--ironically, my eyebrows now give more natural and full (than when I waxed or tweezed in the past) AND they're more stylized to the shape of my face. Best of both worlds! Pro tip: Make sure you go at least 3-4 times to allow your hair follicles to start growing in naturally, the first few times will prob hurt a bit and then your hair (and your tolerance) will adjust so it's smooth sailing into the long game. I'm now at the point where I have them thread my ears, cheeks, below my lip, around my hairline, and my neck. Remember: beauty requires sacrifice & commitment -- and these ladies make it all worth it!
