I was told it should last up to 6 weeks, but there are many different factors that can affect the retention such as skin type, after care, amount of hair, etc. My teenage daughter has a very thick brows that are hard for her to maintain. She has been hesitant about getting her brows done. But after seeing before and after pictures of Melissa's work she felt confident having her do the work. Her service was waxing and shaping. I did have an early appointment and since having never been here before I arrived early so I wouldn't be late. They did open their doors a little early before they actually opened. I didn't want to be that customer/client who tries to get in early so I just waited lol The woman at the front desk was super nice and helped me check in and let me know that Katie would just be a moment while she prepped her station for me. I had been up since 5am and really didn't want to fall asleep because I wanted to know what the process was and what was being done. Small chit chat didn't keep my attention so I did almost fall asleep. The service was fine? I guess? My lashes on the left eye like didn't take? Not sure if it was because of how it was done or the product that was used? The right eye seemed to work fine. I thought maybe I just needed to put on mascara to really see the difference. I followed after care instructions to a tee! Didn't touch, didn't put on make up for over 24 hours, didn't have them touch water, didn't sleep on my face... The next day my left lashes were pretty much flat compared to my right eye. Ugh. I did get a follow up call to see how my lashes were doing but I was at my bridal shower so there was no way I was gonna stop partying to take that call. I did follow up with them that Monday about how they turned out. They said I could come in so they could fix it for me. I thought, oh wow awesome! They asked for a time that would be best. I said it would be cutting it close for 3:45pm since I get off work at 3:30pm but they said they'd still take me if I got there no later than 3:48pm or something. So they put me on the book for a lash lift fix and I get the email to confirm. So that day I was scheduled, I HAUL ASS because I know time is money, only to be told that they wouldn't be able to do anything. What. Why have me drive out there to tell me that? This could've been a phone call. I get they need to see the lashes but... this could've been communicated to me beforehand. I felt like it was such a waste of my time and money. And then I was told I could come back in the recommended 4 weeks, but I'd still have to pay the same amount... lol why would I pay for a service that didn't work the first time? They offered to comp $20 but that was after I asked. It's just shocking they don't stand by their product. I have gotten my hair done at multiple places (I've moved around a lot), nails done at multiple locations and they offer to fix that service and comp it (if there's anything wrong, which is rare but at least it's offered) And those services are much more expensive than a $70 lash lift. It was really shocking. Take what you will from this review, but I will not be coming back.

She truly cares about her clients and really takes the time to listen to what kind of look you're going for and simply what you're looking to get from lash extensions. Some women like a more dramatic look while others like to keep it simple. I love how professional she is and how she takes her time when applying each lash. She's the only lash tech that's ever thoroughly cleansed my lashes every time before my fills. Irma cares about the health of your natural lashes, never rushes during the application, and is honest about your expectations. I honestly can't emphasize how great she is. You can tell how much she loves what she does through her work and communication with her clients. I highly recommend her- it really doesn't get any better than this.

When I mentioned I had literally just walked out of the store she said we messed with the eyelashes and she must've been crying and messed up the lashes. Mind you we literally just walked out. Then she starts yelling that everything is perfectly fine and then she just hung up on me! Once I called back she front desk person said all the sudden she had a "corporate meeting" and she cannot take a phone call anymore.
