I'm the type of person who likes to be prepared going into something I've never done before, and when I met Chau, I instantly felt at ease and it felt like a good friend was doing my eyebrows. She is so thorough and detailed! She makes sure you know exactly what's going to happen and happily answers any questions or concerns. I loved being in the know about every step of the process. There are not enough words to say how talented Delaney is and how incredible it was working with…read moreher. I do not have a solid skin care routine and rarely wear makeup. I met Delaney at a work event and booked her with the only thought of "she seems fun and organized". About four months out from the wedding we had a consultation where we talked through my - well lack of - skin care routine and she gave great suggestions that have been so easy to implement into my chaotic daily life. For the wedding makeup, I expressed my concern of looking too processed and overdone as I have felt I've looked other times I've had my makeup done professionally. She was so thoughtful about what she picked and explained the process in detail as we went. Delaney also goes above and beyond "just" the makeup for the day. We had many folks getting their makeup done the morning of the wedding, and the schedule she built out was exactly perfect. I kept her on through the first look (I am a crier and it was very needed) to do touchups, but she also fully jumped in with helping with my dress, shoes, and anything else you could think of. I cannot wait for the next time I get to work with her!

I felt at peace. My only comment would be that I would have liked more time spent on my dry heels. They look the same as they did when I entered. Additionally, I had a color with glitter and it was not cleaned off of my skin around the nail. I didn't take notice until I left. Other than those two minor things, I will definitely try this salon again! The staff is so pleasant and joyful and they take pride in their work.

My pedicure was just mediocre, the water was very cold, I wish that they would've offered to raise the water temp since the salon doesn't have heat. My nails were a lot more expensive though than I thought. I didn't realize they charged more for gel paint until the very end and it was $50 more than my home salon and I get the same gel paint there as well. Other than those few instances, everything else was good and I would go here again. The girls were fun to chat with and had a nice ambience.

We ended up waiting about 20 minutes and they started my pedicure 15 minutes before my mom's. This kind of worked out because I got regular nail polish and she got gel and it allowed time for my polish to dry. The awesome: The confusion and wait was well worth it. My mom ALWAYS complains about her pedicure. She did not have one complaint. She said her nail pedicure was perfect. My pedicure was excellent too. Just the right amount of time. The massage was wonderful. The coconut scent reminded me of the beach. The nail tech was super nice. My nails are a nice shape. It was so relaxing.

She always made me feel comfortable and welcome, but her one weakness was lack of communication. She would often not email or text back when I requested an appointment, and when I brought this up with the owner, she acknowledged it had been a problem.
