She is sweet, professional, and makes me feel completely comfortable. I'm usually not someone who likes to talk during beauty services, but she makes the whole experience pleasant and relaxing. I know this because i got an email today from Groupon today saying that my money was refunded. I got on here and found her reply. She had gone to Groupon herself to get my refund. That is above and behind in my opinion I'm changing my opinion to this was a human error which I can understand. Not sure why I didn't get a reply originally but I'll try making another appointment.
