When I tried to leave, the technician physically pushed me and blocked the door to prevent me from exiting the premises. She applied a chemical remover to my eyes and abandoned me for over 10 minutes to serve other clients while my eyes were burning. When I asked for help, she was rude and dismissive of my pain. While I was visibly distressed and crying on the table, she was extremely rough, pulling my hair and scrubbing my eyes with excessive force. She admitted to lying about the timeframe of the procedure just to ensure I didn't leave without paying for a service I was unhappy with. left the salon in tears, shaking, and with significant eye irritation. A formal police report has been filed regarding this incident. Please stay away from this place for your own physical and emotional safety.

Maybe the chick only practices on herself and leaves all the good stuff for the clients because I must say I was really pleased with the overall result. The girl was friendly without being too chatty which is always a good thing when your getting a fake tan. The premises are really cool, functional without being too fussy like some beauty salons, with some awesome arty feature walls. This never happens to me here because their prices are so good. The staff are so cute and friendly, which makes the time fly and getting your nails done even more fun. I love that it's in such a good location and that they're open a little later so I could go there after work and before a night out. I found the experience pretty average and rough and I left with a few cuts where I had been filed down to bleeding on a few nails. Not a good experience and I wont be going back. Also more expensive than it should be.
