I was also told a lash lift on my longer lashes would have a dramatic effect but see for yourself :( They did ask for my feedback and were kind enough to address my concerns quickly and offer me a lash tint but I still feel a complete refund was the appropriate response here. I'm sure their other services are amazing, the place is incredible, and I maybe just had bad luck but not for $120, or even $60; read the fine print.

She asked me about what I liked and what I normally had done etc and that made me that much more excited because I love when there is a relationship like that with your stylist because they are really getting to know your preferences.
