Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the Whittier location. I've avoided the Whittier location for a while because almost every interaction I've had there has felt unfriendly or like I'm bothering them. Today I needed a refill and couldn't make it to La Mirada, so I decided to call Whittier and give them another chance. The first time I called, someone answered and immediately hung up. I called back, and the person who answered simply said "hello," without even identifying the business. I asked if they had any availability today, and the entire interaction felt rude and dismissive. I eventually told her I needed to check with my babysitter and would call back. Before I could even finish the conversation, she just hung up on me. No "okay," "sounds good," "thank you," or "give us a call back." Nothing. I actually called back and asked if she had just hung up on me. When you're speaking to a customer, especially while representing a business, basic acknowledgment and courtesy go a long way.
