Today was my first experience with Lasership and the reviews on here are pretty accurate. They are terrible. The driver couldn't figure out how to use the directory in my building. It clearly says "ENTER LAST NAME". Pretty simple, no? Not if you're Lasership. The driver left no notice, never attempted to ring my bell and, if he was even really here, just left. I received a text message telling me that the package could not be delivered. My warning to anyone who uses Amazon is to ask who the shipper is. If it's Lasership, go to a different site or go to a store. Amazon isn't so convenient if they can't get your packages to you. read more

The boyfriend has a free year of Amazon prime. Before our most recent order, everything we ordered with two-day shipping had arrived via UPS. In this recent order, I purchased two items & was not surprised when I discovered they would be shipping separately. When I got the "your item has shipped" emails this time though, something was different. "Shipped via LASERSHIP," the emails said proudly. Imagine my confusion, excitement, & nervousness when I saw that my packages would be delivered by a ship, & possibly from another planet! Those crazy kids at Amazon really DO have distribution centers everywhere! LASERSHIP couldn't possibly disappoint, right? I mean, it's a LASERSHIP. It HAS to be fast. It CAN'T get lost -- space technology is so advanced, I'd be damned if their GPS couldn't find my apartment. I checked the tracking info on the first package: the location simply said "US," which is pretty vague... but the LASERSHIP was at least in the correct country, so that's a good start, right? Right? ....out of curiosity, I Googled 'em anyway. Big mistake. Ignorance is bliss. I would've rather continued to believe LASERSHIP was an actual, singular ship, making thousands of deliveries worldwide a day, than to find out my packages could be lost or delayed for weeks, or potentially thrown into a ditch three miles from my apartment (or worse, stolen) by a snot-nosed, gum-smacking, high school brat. So much negative feedback! So much hatred! So many bad experiences... I realized I was next in line to be screwed. I began to worry about the fate of my George Foreman Grill & collapsible colander. But now, here I am apologizing for my lack of faith. I don't know who was flying the LASERSHIP, or how accurate the tracking info I got was (both of the items were said to be delivered before 11 am), but when the boyfriend got home & checked the leasing office, there was our package. Both days. Ladies & gentlemen, not only is LASERSHIP 2 for 2, but my grill came in ONE DAY without my having to pay $3.99 for one-day shipping. :) Know what happens when UPS or Fedex has my package in my town a day earlier than the estimated delivery date? They update my tracking info to say "out for delivery," stick it on the truck that morning, drive around with it all day, then take it back to their facility & update my tracking info again with a "delivery exception." (They deliver on the estimated date 99% of the time, just sayin' they never bring me my stuff early.) LASERSHIP, you rock. Please tell me these perfect delivery experiences weren't just freak accidents. Just learning about Lasership...the hard way. Late, unresponsive, unprofessional.

I dont even want to give this business 1 start - but I have to in order to write this review. When I noticed my package was being shipped via Laser Ship, I was nervous because I'd never had a packaged delivered through this shipping company before. Well.....I was right to be nervous. Due to the holiday season I expected my package to be delayed, no big deal. However Laser Ship has "been unable to deliver my package" from the facility ONE TOWN OVER for the past 4 days. I have been on the phone with the customer service several times in regards to the inability to deliver my package. Every call I make, they instruct me to "see if it gets delivered tonight because it is out for delivery at this time, if it does not arrive please call again tomorrow". LOW AND BEHOLD I AM NOW BEING DIRECTED TO PICK UP MY OWN PACKAGE FROM THE FACILITY!! This is absolutely INSANE. I have no faith that this company will deliver my items, and I whole heartedly believe they lost them. read more

Worst company ever. A package was delivered to my home that was intended for someone in another town, and at a street address not at all similar to mine except for the number 6. I called Lasership to alert them that they had misdirected a package and gave them the shipping ID # from the package. The girl I spoke with seemed completely unconcerned about this and told me to just "leave the package on (my) front step and someone would pick it up in the morning". That was 4 days ago. I am the property manager of a luxury complex. My residents' packages are constantly being left outside and stolen despite numerous calls and complaints to the corporate office. Perishable items are not handled with care and are also left outside in the hot summer sun to spoil. Despite being reassured and told action would be taken to improve service, service has NOT improved and has even worsened. Furthermore, drivers are incredibly rude. My first experience with Lasership was far from impressive. The tracking information looked very promising. It said it would be delivered in only 2 days. The package was not delivered on the day the website said it "was out for delivery" or the next day. I email Lasership to tell them I never received the delivery and they emailed back asking if I received the package yet. And in the meantime, the tracking site updated to delivered - signed by "FRONT DOOR". I looked all around my house and there was nothing out there. My wife and I were both home with our new born baby the whole time. 4 or 5 business days after the website said it was already delivered, the package showed up at my house. Could they be trying to make their numbers look better to Amazon? That is what seemed like to me. read more

I ordered a iphone 5 replacement and paid for same-day shipping, I called amazon and they told me the package was left at my door at 6:22pm, I called and spoke to a representative, they told me it was left at the door I was off an entire day and did not once see a Lasership Van I called back 30mins and then got a bullshit story about most of the time they scan the items a delivered. A customer service rep. told me they will send me updates about my package I checked my email and have not gotten any email updates. I called an hour later amazon told me the package was delivered to the wrong address they told me i should have my package today at 11:15 am its 12pm and I still have not seen a truck nor have I seen my package. They are unprofessional and unresponsive, they show up late (after 5:30pm to a business), they send their reps out without working equipment or perhaps without the knowledge to use the equipment, they leave packages unattended in lobbies when they are supposed to get a signature, and their tracking doesn't actually work. Please, complain to Amazon every, single time they ship something to you via Lasership. It's the only way they'll stop using them as a carrier. Amazon just made the mistake of sending my new computer via Lasership and I'm just dreading the condition it's going to arrive in. 2/20/12 - Just had a rep from Lasership deliver a package for coworker in my office. He asked my name and then proceeded to chastize me about my feedback left here about past packages issues. He even whined that I was "mean" and refused to hear me that the issues were not with the last package delivered, but the two I had before that. Incredibly unprofessional. I'll add this along w/ the other negative reviews. I even complained to Walgreens for using this low bidder of a vendor. 5-days and counting and my shipment has not arrived. They blame it on bad weather. Sorry. Not buying that. UPS, FedEx and USPS are all delivering regardless of weather and they're doing an excellent job. WOW! Amazon needs to rethink their "same-day" strategy if Laser is going to be a part of it. So far they are three for three on failed attempts to get the packages to me same day. Then they play games with the status. "Delivered" then it comes the next day and "Out for delivery followed by...On hold at shipper". So if you live in the the Washington DC Area and Amazon offers same day shipping...think about it first. Twice it has taken three days on a same day delivery. Their two day shipping with UPS or USPS is MUCH more reliable. If you need it same day...go to Walmart, Target or Best Buy. read more

Unlike other reviewers, I've never had major problem with Lasership, other than shipping information not being updated - a delivery will often go straight from "Ship Request Received" to "out for delivery" a couple days later. Also the typical issue with them not knocking or ringing the bell sometimes, but just leaving the package outside - but they seem about as good about that as UPS or FedEx, which also seem to have trouble with pressing buttons. My guess is it largely depends on your local driver, and Lasership does a poor job of ensuring driver competence. read more

L'ange uses a shipping company named Lasership. Lasership is a horrible shipping company. My package was scanned to its final destination facility on 6 Dec 2020. It is now 19 Dec 2020, still no package. I have contacted lasership customer service several times. They just give me the standard line, " should be delivered in 1 to 2 business days". I also contacted the final destination facility and they said they would look into it and give me a call back with a status. Its been 5 days since i called and still no phone call. Each day the estimated delivery date is pushed out another day. If it makes it from Charlotte, NC to Tampa, FL in 2 days, I'm sure 13 days would be efficient time to deliver it to me. My guess, its sitting under a pile of packages at the facility, it's lost or someone in the shipping company stole it. Bottom line, this review is PAR for this company according to every review i have seen on multiple sites going back several years. Shame on L'ange for using this company. Absolutely HORRIBLE! My package was listed as "Out for Delivery" for 5 days. Called twice and dealt with customer service. I was told the second time that I called that the driver was unable to finish his route, and it would definitely be delivered the next day. The CSR also made a note that the driver was to call me when the package was delivered. Apparently my package was "delivered" yesterday afternoon...no phone call, no package. There are also signs on all of the doors of my apartment building saying to leave packages with the office. I have called customer service 5 times and emailed them 3 times and just got off of the phone with the warehouse. The warehouse put me on hold for 15 minutes, only to try to transfer me back to CS to get a replacement. WTF!? I will absolutely not ever ever ever allow a package to be shipped through Lasership again. What a pain in the ass this has been! read more

Worst company to use. This is the second time I've had an issue with this company. They claim to have delivered parcel that was never even attempted to be delivered. I have a package that i was expecting. The first day it was supposed to be delivered, i was i formed that they were unable to deliver bc i wasnt home or the business was closed. both are lies ( i was home and its a residential address). The package has clear instructions to be left on my mailbox. The second time it was to be delievered, I was informed they couldn't deliver and should wait for updated tracking info. When i checked the next morning, they claimed the package to be delivered half an hour before they gave out the other message. What kind of a scam is this? They hung up on me when I called to inquire about a delayed shipment and then I was unable to get past their recorded music and messages. Totally frustrating company. If I could, I would give them zero stars. I buy from Amazon often and I've never had an issue until Lasership tried to deliver one of the packages. Well, they actually delivered the package but to the house with the same number but on the wrong street. I mean how does one deliver a package to a street that does not even have a remotely similar name to my street. Why are they in business? How do you miss the whole street? These were Christmas presents for my children. When I called them they told me the driver would get the package back which, of course, did not happen. Well, after reading these reviews, so glad I'm not the only that thinks this company sucks. The only thing more ridiculous than their name is their service. I have Amazon prime and order things about 4-5 times a week from them, some big, some small. I share prime with my sisters, and they use it all the time too. After an umpteenth package being marked delivered not being delivered, I've decided to shed my prime membership. Shoprunner has the exact same service across hundreds of websites, so you can pick the site - even based on the shipper if you like. I even had them call me to confirm my address and we confirmed it and the drop off location (I have a detached garage). They got snippy and said "the last package was on your porch for a week" I said, maybe because it WASN'T MY PORCH! I've actually had a driver deliver a package after I called Amazon letting them know it was missing, as the driver in some generic van handed it to me, she said, I left it at the wrong house. Bravo, Amazon, I used to rave and sell your prime service by mouth to everyone I know. Amazon charges will now be much fewer on my credit card. read more

This is a horrible delivering service!! My package was "delivered at 11:55 PM yesterday", but it was 2 PM my time. When I got the notification from fashion nova who apparently is using this crappy carrier it said delivered at 2:55 pm. NO ONE rang my door bell to notify me a package was being dropped off. The times are CLEARLY OFF. It wasn't even 11:55pm my time yet it was 2!!! Mind you I live in a building with multiple people anyone could have stolen my package or maybe it was the driver! Like everyone else- I'd prefer to give them zero stars. My package arrived at the Woburn warehouse on a Monday and sat there for two days. Wednesday night around 7pm it was finally going out for delivery. 7:15pm status update says "package lost." After speaking with a customer service rep in Virginia (40 minute wait time) I was told that their system forces them to mark the package "out for delivery" before they can mark that it was "lost." Amazon insists on using this company for local deliveries, though I'm not sure why. Amazon is usually on point. I guess using companies like this may be how they save on costs. I've had packages marked as delivered when they weren't (the package arrived several hours later), arrive past 11 PM, and sometimes just not at all on the date they were scheduled for delivery. I'm leaving this review after another missed shipment. I called them and they said "It'll arrive tomorrow". No explanation, no apology. The worst. And not just because I never received my package from Under Armour. Tracking update said package arrived at the Facility August 21 8:15AM. Then no updates for 4 days, and I checked every day. Then the evening of August 24, suddenly updated to announce that the package was delivered on August 21! The update on August 24 said it was loaded at 4PM, out for delivery at 4:01PM, delivered at 4:02PM all August 21st. Plus message "Trying to find your package"? "Sorry! This happens sometimes. Please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to make sure it's not hiding or jammed. Also ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you. I had two packages that were supposed to come to my house. I looking online to see when they were delivered. One claimed to be delivered at 10:06 pm and the other at 2:28 am. Neither package was there in the morning and we have never had a theft in our neighborhood. When i tried to contact lasership there was no phone number listed. I wrote an email and no one ever got back to me. I now have to waste more of my time reaching out to the places I ordered from and try to get my money back. This company is a legit joke and if I could give zero stars I would. Every time I order something and it's shipped through lasership, I don't receive my package. I receive emails saying my packages are delivered, but when I check, it's always to the wrong address. We are currently up to 4 packages being lost. The first time I requested someone to look into my missing packages, I never received a call back, but this time, other than opening a "investigation" they literally do nothing. I told them to go retrieve my package and they said "they'll try!" But they can't promise I'll receive it. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they said I might have to wait a few days to speak to them, which is seriously poor customer service, but they're probably busy dealing with hundred other disgruntled customers so that makes sense. I'm sick of ordering something and then having to call the company I ordered from and try to reorder all my items, which at that point, most of the time I can't get them all again. I don't have a problem receiving items through any other shipping company except lasership.
