This company steals merchandise and marks it delivered. The first package pieces were missing from fashion nova. Second package I was home all day on a Sunday, they marked a package delivered and it was not!! Shame on fashion nova for using this company. They will not follow up in 2 business days like stated in the email. When you call to talk to a live person a person said someone will reach out it's been 6 days and not a word. TL;DR: My package shows "delivered," but I never received it. Lasership customer service was useless. I hope the driver looks terrible in my new yoga pants. I was surprised when the Old Navy package I was waiting for tracked as delivered. I'm working from home these days, and my home office overlooks the front of my house. I either hear or see my deliveries. I contacted Lasership customer support via their "contact us" form and received a response 3 days later that basically said, "we acknowledge you think your package is missing. contact your seller." Super. FYI: If you have a missing UPS or USPS package--they provide much better support and (gasp) even additional information! Anyway, this is my first experience with this company -- and hopefully the. last. Old Navy resent my original order. I mentioned "Lasership" and the customer service rep sighed knowingly and promised to send my replacement package via UPS. read more

For some reason, Blue Apron uses this company to deliver fresh food. Ha. This week, I received a tracking email that said my food had been sent on Thursday for delivery on Friday. When I clicked on the link, it showed that a printing label had been created on Sunday, but that the shipment HAD NEVER BEEN PICKED UP. I would say that Laser Ship's ontime performance is about 50% with "no performance about 40% of the time. I am going to advise Blue Apron that I am stopping service if they use Laser Ship going forward. read more

I wish I could give LaserShip a zero star rating, DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR SHIPPING, and LaserShip just caused Staples to loose a customer. I had a shipment they attempted to deliver on Friday, 10/02/20. The driver stated the shipment was "refused", and it was returned to the Staples Warehouse. The funny thing is is that NO ONE WAS AT MY ADDRESS ON THAT DATE TO REFUSE SAID SHIPMENT. The company is falsifying documents in order to not return for a 2nd attempt. One of lasership's drivers ran a stop sign, pulling out right in front of me. Had I not hit my brakes, I would have hit her. Later, a friend posted a video of the same driver delivering a package to her house. The driver threw the package toward the house, appeared to snap a picture and left. The package ended up in the mulch next to the house. Dangerous driver and non caring attitude. Businesses, think before you hire this company to deliver your packages. read more

They call me on a Wednesday to tell me they need to verify my address and find out who will be home to sign for my package. Confused I ask why someone needed to sign as it was only $200 and nothing was ever said about signing on the website. She gets mad and tells me someone will need to be home, have ID, and sign. I am like ok- Wht is the window delivery. She says 6 am to 6 pm. I tell her that isn't going to work and I work days. She tells me they are open at the docks 24/7 if I am not able to be home all day. I google the to see where they are and two addresses pull up. I ask where one the package was at - maybe a pick up would be easier. She tells me and even though the two are 9 miles apart the one my package is at is the further. I ask if we can move the package to the closer one and I will pick it up there. She tells me yes for an additional $200. What the F$ck???????? So i say leave it and ill try to come over the weekend. She agrees and tells me she leaves the office at 2pm on Friday . She will need to know by then if I can come or not because they can't have a late "freight " in the computer system. I tell her even though the package is light- it is longer than my compact care (why i was having it delivered) and i would need to find a friend to help me with a larger car. She tells me i should just rent a truck then i could say for sure if i would be there or not. I finally tell her i have her number and ill call later if i cant and then hang up. On Friday evening after speaking with the company i purchased the item from- 10:30 at night there is a knock at my door. I live alone and i am a girl so NO I don't answer the door. The guy tells me through the door he is delivering my package- you know the one I am supposed to pick up- i tell him to leave it. I am not opening the door. He refuses and I call 911 as there is a strange man on my door delivering a package that isn't supposed to be delivered. While talking to the man who would not leave through the door and the 911 dispatcher- my phone rings with another call on a number out of state that i dont know. I ignored it. Happens again. Send it to vm. A third time . Sent to vm. Cops show up. Let me know it is legit. I explained why it scared me as i was supposed to pick up the delivery per the lady i had spoken with. The delivery supervisor calls the driver who puts him on speaker and the guy starts yelling at me. The sgt for the police grabs the phone and starts reading this dude the riot act because about how screwed up this entire thing has been and sending strange men to the door late at night isnt a good idea. The guy tells him he tried calling me but i didn't answer- the strange number . Like who does? Moral of the story- go with someone else and save yourself the headache. read more

Absolutely horrible. I ordered an item on 12/18 and paid for express overnight delivery. The item arrived in the Lasership facility in Mogadore OH at 5 am on 12/19. That facility is 18 miles from my home. It is now 11pm on 12/20 and the item that I paid a substantial shipping fee is still sitting in their facility with expected delivery of 12/23 at the earliest. Five days for "overnight" delivery - avoid this shipper like the plague! read more
