The saline implants were not placed properly and ended up looking noticeably lopsided. They were such a poor result that I had to have them removed and replaced shortly after he had done them. The liposuction left my legs looking wavy and uneven, and it caused significant skin laxity that made the skin on my legs loose and aged in appearance. To make matters worse, when he attempted to "fix" the liposuction, it was done in his office without proper numbing. The pain was unbearable, and I nearly passed out, something that should never happen, especially outside of a proper hospital setting. These results have had a lasting impact not only on my body but also on my confidence. What should have been an improvement turned into years of regret. I am sharing this because I do not want anyone else to go through what I did. Please do thorough research and get multiple consultations before putting your trust in a surgeon.

I had Dr Fahim as dermatologist since about 3 years and she said I had a cancer on the head that…read moreneeded to be operated. As she took only about 5 min. for the overall visit and did not even look on the top of my head with her magnifying glasses and as it was at some place rather dangerous on my body, I decided to have a second opinion. So I went to this second dermatologist, and as he sent his report to Dr Fahim, she decided to cancel an appointment that she had given me 6 months down the road to check on the healing of the operation. When they left me a message to confirm my appointment (5.5 months later), I called them back and then the secretary said that she had left a message to talk to me as Dr Fahim did not want to see me anymore because I had now another dermatologist. I explained to the secretary that I had gone to see the second one to have a confirmation that my spot was really cancerous and that I had not changed dermatologist. But she repeated that Dr Fahim did not want me as a patient anymore. So my advice is for anyone who thinks of seeing this doctor, do not go as she may in one of her bad temper decide to flush you as a patient if she feels like it. I thought that she had a very unprofessional conduct. My husband also was so upset that he will stop seeing her and go to that second dermatologist who took his time to give you a proper exam, not like Dr Fahim who do not take more that 5 min. to look over all your body and check for spots.
