I bought one of the LivingSocial deals for Lasar White Express. That made the price the same as the mall people charge. When you get there the lady explains that for $20 more you can have the good whitening. I did not buy the upgrade. I got a VERY small degree of whiter teeth, and the gel burned the skin off of my inside lower lip. And I do mean burned it off. Save your money, go to the mall and get your teeth done. read more

I purchased a teeth whitening through Living Social. Laser White Express cancelled on me twice via email. Although you have to call to make an appointment they don't call you to cancel, so the first time I showed up no one was there. I got a hold of the owner and he rescheduled my appointment. Sure enough today they cancelled on me again, but never bothered to call me. After seeing the other review, I'm glad I didn't get the cleaning. I don't have a review of the service, but in trying to reach Laser White Express to verify my LivingSocial special deal and make an appointment, the calls have all gone to their voice mailbox, which won't accept messages because it is full. Rude and Rip off!! Don't go! First the place is impossible to find located in an office building with no sign and no sign in the lobby and no sign on the 7th floor where they occupy 1 room of an executive office suite. When I called to ask instructions on how to find them first the woman was rude and then hung up on me. The treatment was basically useless and certainly no better than the do it yourself kits on the internet. Plus you had to sit for 30 minutes with a contraption in your mouth that hurts. I bought the Living Social deal and that was a total rip off. Save your money and do it yourself with an internet kit. read more

Total scam I agree with everyone....bought deal on LivingSocial, made my appointment as requested and the day before it gets canceled. I made the appointment twice and got canceled twice...very frustrating why do you bother getting on a offer like this Laser White Express if you are not going to upheld your end of the bargain????? The phone number listed is not an active number and when you try to go online to schedule an appointment they give you an 800 numberr which goes to a DC Law Office that has nothing to do with Laser White Express. I bought their Denver Daily Deal and am unable to schedule and annpintment so have requested my money back . read more

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! Laser White Express leased an office space from the company I work for. They never paid their rent and never came back to get their chairs or lasers, I"m guessing that the equipment isn't even functional or they probably wouldn't have left it behind. Reading other reviews at other sites, I see that nobody sees a difference in their teeth whitening anyway. If you buy the living social deal from them, you will be turned away when you get to our office. Nobody is here to take your appointment. I feel awful every time somebody shows up for an appointment as I'm sure they got their hopes up, and even arranged their schedules around their appointment. I bought a Living Social deal for this service. The caveats to be aware of: 1) Your teeth probably will not look dramatically different with one or two or even three or more sessions. In fact, some people have really panned the results. I can say that I was pleased enough with mine for about the minute long that it lasted.... meaning this is a quick fix, like for a weekend wedding or other event you may need to "whiten up" for -- but it doesn't last. You will be back to the same ol' yeller in a blink of an eye. 2) They ain't kidding when they say "Express" ... meaning the experience was like being at the tooth whitening farm ... move 'em in, move 'em out. You're serviced in a very small room sitting in a recliner chair next to other people. That's weird. Especially with teeth trays forcing your lips open. There's no music. In fact, the person who booked your appointment also checks you in, and, surprise, is also the person who does the treatment. She had a small desk with a phone IN the room and did scheduling and other work while I had the treatment. Also weird. 3) The solution tastes pretty nasty and if you accidentally get it on your tongue you feel almost a burning sensation, like you're tasting hot pepper. 4) This might not be the case for everyone, but my teeth were definitely more sensitive for wer eks after the service. For that reason alone I would never do this again. 5) There is no "laser." It's just a type of UV light treatment on a solution on top of your teeth. Clearly there is no regulation, licensing or experience necessary in order for someone to do this. So it's up to you whether or not you're willing to put your trust in something like this just save money, because going to the dentist for "laser" whitening can cost 300% more. I read Yelp reviews of Laser White Express from other cities who were upsold on stronger solutions and take home kits. Thankfully this was not the case for the Denver office. If so, I may have walked out. I really hate purchasing a service and then I'm informed that it's not really going to be effective unless I purchase more. To me, that's a bait and switch, not a deal. In my opinion, this was no deal, period. I'll stick with Crest White Strips. read more

WOW! Wish I had seen these reviews earlier... I also purchased a voucher from Living Social, and had to schedule a date over a month away because there was no availability! In addition, the only open time slot was 11am... perfect for the working class (?)... But I scheduled anyway, took the day off work, and showed up at the office 20 minutes early, just in case. The girl at the desk was surprised to see me and asked who I had an appointment with. I gave her my info and she said that the "whitener" lady was not in the office and wasn't expecting me. After a few texts, she claimed that the "whitener" lady was sick and had sent me an email cancelling my appt. I checked and while there WAS an email, it was sent LESS THAN 24 hours before the appt (of which 12 of those hours were between 9pm and 9am...so I wouldn't have checked for it anyway)...why was I not CALLED for such short notice? She then assured me that there was nothing that SHE could do for me, and sent me on my way, reminding me to call to RESCHEDULE. Having lost a day's work, half a day of MY TIME, and my GOOD MOOD... I was NOT willing to give them my business. I called back 4 times to request a refund and NEVER got a call back. Today, I called one last time (sucker I guess), and the number was not working. At that point I called Living Social's help line (as noted on my voucher), and within 5 minutes had my money refunded. I appreciate Living Social's professionalism, and will definitely continue to use their service! In other news, I DID find another LS deal at DaVinci teeth whitening and I'm ECSTATIC about the results! ...small kiosk at Colorado Mills. Check 'em out! read more
