The turn around time was a reasonable 3 days and the price was right. I decided later to do some engraving work on a knife I had purchased and again the service was flawless and the engraving was only 15.00, which I thought was a real bargain. JRS is in the "valley", and on the main road of this area and was easily found. They have a nice selection of award or trophies, and artistic stamps that are their own designs and seemed to be of an Alaskan theme. Good experience!
