I was put into the room and was listening to all the other rooms being filled around me. I sat in the room for an hour while all the other rooms around me were being seen.. I exited the room with no one in the hallways or around to even ask me where I was going. I went to the front desk and told them my time is just as important as theirs so I left without being seen at all after an hour of sitting in the room. I do not expect to be charged for being not being seen. I do not recommend this practice at all and I plan to look elsewhere.

Since my purchase, they have had multiple 50% off sales, so I definitely feel that I got a bad deal and would advise anyone to wait for their sales to make a purchase. I've also looked into other places that are not as expensive, although I can't comment on the quality of their associates or removal process. I'm writing a review prematurely to the finish of my tattoo because I have been told every time I come in to write a review, and I don't prefer to write reviews before the job is done but I know they will ask me again at my upcoming appointment.
