I paid around $10,000 for tattoo removal and was under the impression I had a full treatment plan (10 rounds across 3 areas). I have only completed 8 rounds, so I KNOW I still have sessions left. Out of nowhere, I was told I had no remaining sessions. This isn't even the first time this has happened--previously, they told me the same thing, then later admitted it was a mistake and that I did in fact have sessions left. This time, they said they needed to "review my account" and would get back to me... and they never did. Now I'm stuck with a partially faded tattoo that isn't fully removed, after investing a significant amount of money and time. The lack of organization, accountability, and follow-through is honestly unacceptable for a company at this price point. If you're considering LaserAway, I would strongly recommend keeping detailed records of every session and communication, because clearly their internal tracking system is unreliable. Dr. Kusuma will not ask you to sign endless documents stating that no matter what happens, he is not responsible for the result. 2. Dr. Kusuma will not use general anesthesia for your surgery. 3. Dr. Kusuma will perform the complete surgery himself. He will not allow a "surgical assistant" who has never attended college to close any incisions, or to perform any procedure. 5. After the surgery, every time you visit Dr. Kusuma, photos are taken. He meticulously compares your progress. 6. Dr. Kusuma will not let you go until he deems the final product to be perfect. He will follow through with various measures to achieve total perfection. 7. If you have any problems, it is easy to make an appointment. You will not be asked to wait weeks before you can see him. 8. Dr. Kusuma is very approachable. You will never feel fearful when presenting a concern. Made appt for one hour massage. Showed up and they acted surprised. Took me in. Did not have cover…read moresheet ready to go. Had to locate one myself. Smelled clean. Communication was pretty difficult with the therapist's limited English. Had to open door and call out I was ready to get therapist back in timely manner. Massage was pretty good. About average. Therapist waked out halfway through without announcement to use the bathroom. Could hear her through the walls. Did wash hands before returning. Said nothing upon returning. The very strange part was she skipped my feet. When I asked her about this she said I asked for body massage. I said yes and feet are a part of my body. She said No...that different. Mind you- every other massage I've had in my life did include feet. Ok... asked how much extra for feet- she said no, her shift was over and she had to go. (Btw- recent pedicure and shower before hand. I do not have off putting feet). And massage ended before the hour! Ok... so I go to pay and the $75 quoted on phone was now $80 plus $3 for using debit card. Ok Fine. I even tipped $10. The therapist (aka "Tina") said -Usually people tip $20. I just laughed and said Yeah- and usually whole body massages include feet! She said oh, ok - next time. I chuckled to myself and left. Unbelievable!!!
