I said ok, this was for the protection of your customers and staff but if there is going to be a fee I'll come in the answer was a simple "OK". 10 minutes passed and I received a call explaining they would be unable to do the treatment today because of covid and would be unable to do the treatment for 3 weeks. Very uneducated and unprofessional approach to something that should just be standard practice in today's terms. Isolation is 5 days or until you have a negative test. Not 21 days. It's sad that I have to write such a negative review on what was actually a good experience. But the lack of knowledge on basic things would make me question the overall sanitary side of things. And why for me, I'll have to look elsewhere.

This establishment is based in a rundown mall that is currently a building site 2. The toilet is in a basement, where there is storage from all the other units in the mall (basically it's like someone's garage) 3. The 'therapists' have absolutely no bedside manner, I was asked to remove my clothing and lay on the bed. She did not leave the room, she did not provide me with a towel to cover myself. 4. The 'therapist' did not seem to know what I wanted/paid for. i.e. she did not know how much hair to remove. If you do buy a voucher for this place I recommend you try to get a refund. If you haven't bought a voucher and are considering going here then just drop into the mall for your patch test first. Then you will see that these reviews are not an exaggeration!
