There was no real attempt to accommodate me, squeeze me in, offer a coupon, or make up for the inconvenience. I was offered another appointment on a different day even after explaining that I was leaving for vacation shortly and today was my only opportunity. This location is not close to my house, so I wasted my time and gas driving there for nothing. What made it even more frustrating was the lack of empathy. I left feeling like my time didn't matter. Unfortunately, this isn't even my first scheduling issue with this location, and I've had friends experience scheduling problems there as well. At this point, the service feels inconsistent and unprofessional. Ironically, I ended up finding a local waxing boutique that fit me in the same day, was much closer to home, and charged less than EWC. That made me realize there's no reason for me to keep driving out of my way and paying more when there are businesses that provide better customer service. I won't be returning to this location, and I wouldn't recommend it based on my experience.
