I have been coming to Nicole's for over a year for laser hair treatment. The treatments themselves have been working. I will say that the staff is not very welcoming. The front desk is either empty or the staff sitting there ignore you when you walk in. When Brooke worked here she was my sole laser technician she was amazing so attentive and lively. She made me feel very comfortable and excited to go get laser ( how is that even possible). When Brooke left I have not had the same technician twice. Every time is someone new so you do not get to build a rapport with your technician. They are also not the friendliest. Just a completely different atmosphere now that Brooke is gone. I will also mention they moved offices. This new space has better parking and is easier to leave the office. read more

This business lacks professionalism. I called to ask a question about laser tattoo removal and the representative who answered put me on hold to get an answer for me. I had the call on speakerphone while I waited doing other things on my phone. Before I knew it, 30+ minutes had passed and no one ever came back to answer my question. I later found out they had closed during the time I was on hold, just leaving me there on the line instead of advising me to call back if an answer wasn't available at that time. Laser by Nicole has a few locations in South Florida. I originally started going to the location in Boca Raton and then went to the Fort Lauderdale location after the pandemic (closer to home). Both locations are clean and staff are very friendly. Once phase one of the pandemic was lifted and non-essential businesses were allowed to open, Laser by Nicole was very diligent in getting me back on track with my laser appointments. Now I have finally finished my 8 sessions for my underarms and I could not be happier. Brooke was my laser tech and She is super knowledgeable and nice. This is the absolute best laser place I've ever been to. Other laser machines caused pain and didn't deliver results, but I was seeing lasting results after only a few treatments here! They have amazing specials every month on both laser hair removal and skin care, but even their normal pricing is very reasonable. UPDATE: only reason I am updating this review is for the un professionalism I recently received with whomever (I believe is the owner) schedules the appointments via phone. This business only has 1 phone number and it seems like it's a regular cell because you are able to text them. I tried to reschedule one of my existing appointments but after a few back and forth phone calls, I had to text the person about trying to reschedule. After I finally got a new time I asked if there was any way to contact the office directly because I've called multiple times but I received attitude and "LOLs" in the response. TIP: after your first appt try to keep scheduling in the office with the person that does your treatment to avoid calling that 1 phone number. Christina Glazerman is still great and helpful! I found Laser by Nicole on Groupon and have been super satisfied since. I bought the Medium Area bundle for my abdomen and have seen major improvements. The deal was so great for 8 sessions. I've had multiple sessions with different employees and they're all great during the process and at answering all my questions. I did a Groupon IPL photo facial based in the positive reviews. The aesthetician was nice however, the IPL was poorly done. The IPL photo facial was not 1hr rather about 40 minutes. I received no numbing cream because she used the lowest settings on the machine. I barely felt it. I really wanted to treat my broken capillaries especially on my nose and got no results. It was a waste of my time and $$. Not sure if corners were cut because it was Groupon but it's not a good approach to retain new clients. Rather pay full price for a proper treatment elsewhere. read more
