It doesn't seem to get my Jeep any cleaner than any of the $3 gas station washes in town. It leaves a lot of dirt on the back of my Jeep. It doesn't even clean up close around the washer fluid sprayers on my hood. It just doesn't get my Jeep very clean. At all. On top of that, it pushes you through the drying section too fast to get rid of the water. Sure, it's blowing at you at 90mph, but you only get about 5 seconds worth of dry time. They offer 4 levels of wash. I've done at least 3 of them and I haven't noticed a difference in quality between the cheapest and the 'deluxe' version. None of them get my Jeep clean. I was hopeful when this was announced. I'm now officially disappointed. I'd love to see something more like Mr. Car Wash in Des Moines where they'll actually hand dry it for you. I can get a much better wash and air dry many places in Ames/Huxley at a better price than this. I really wanted this to be better.

First LIE; Shawn, Bill & Shawn Jr ALL proudly shared with me the new 30K Engine Analyzer they had & would be using to diagnose the reason for the SERVICE ENGINE SOON warning dash light coming on. Second LIE; Yes THAT SERVICE ENGINE SOON is the correct light that was on & the reason I brought my mother's car in. Shawn was aware THAT was the warning dash light that was lit & he even reset it following their unneeded service. Not a CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. Third Lie; I DID NOT MOVE ANY BARREL blocking your carwash entrance & for you to accuse me of doing that is beyond ridiculous. If Shawn is such an honest guy, as you initially touted to me, he would have told you HE MOVED THAT BARREL & then told me to drive in & he'd start the carwash.
