She joined AVVO and found John Charles Allen. His credentials seemed perfect for what she needed at the time so I contacted him on her behalf. From the very beginning of our having scheduled an appointment I began receiving numerous calls and texts to hurriedly get him all the paperwork he needed, (Documents for employment authorization and similar). What seemingly at the time   was a pressing matter and needed to be addressed quickly turned out to be nothing of the sort. Mr. Allen insisted that everything would be taken care of if he was compensated with cash so he can "expedite" the paperwork. Because it was a pressing matter she agreed and did. After weeks had gone by we had begun to get concerned. Numerous attempts to contact him where unanswered.
