Mr. Venturi was recommended by another inmate who said he was an excellent attorney. In my research I found this to be true along with the media coverage of other cases to prove. The accusations against me were for a sex crime and my concern was that he mainly dealt with capital crimes such as murder. I contacted his staff and after our talk my family and I decided to hire Jack Venturi. Mr. Venturi immediately went to work. Not only was he able to get my bail lowered by HALF, extremely unheard of in a sex case, but he even help convince a bail bondsman to take my bond, and got me out of jail. After that, he put in several motions in the court, most of which we won and resulted in me going home to my family while we waited for the trail to come around. At trial time, Jack Venturi displayed his best work. During trial, not only was he able to prove that the DA's office was lying and misconceiving what was said in a recorded phone call, he also proved the supposed victim lied, and could not ID me IN COURT. Needless to say, the jury took a total of two hours, maybe three, and came back with a NOT GUILTY, on all counts. I had been charged with aggravated sexual assault on a minor, plus two counts of Child endangerment. This was not Mr. Venturi's specialty and he delivered a home run. She joined AVVO and found John Charles Allen. His credentials seemed perfect for what she needed at the time so I contacted him on her behalf. From the very beginning of our having scheduled an appointment I began receiving numerous calls and texts to hurriedly get him all the paperwork he needed, (Documents for employment authorization and similar). What seemingly at the time   was a pressing matter and needed to be addressed quickly turned out to be nothing of the sort. Mr. Allen insisted that everything would be taken care of if he was compensated with cash so he can "expedite" the paperwork. Because it was a pressing matter she agreed and did.
