I simply didn't think it was right for you to charge me additional price to fix your guaranteed work. Perhaps an appropriate response would have been to ask me to come in with fresh washed hair so you can fix the fall out. I don't believe you went above and beyond. By the fourth week the front fell out as well. I did really love my hair when it was initially done, and felt you were warm. Good customer service is making sure a guarantee is honored. Great experience for a first timer! I had never had a sew in, or any type of extensions for that, and LaSandra made me so comfortable with the process. With her suggestions for up keep, the sew in lasted me for two months. I was so pleased with her work, I got it sewn back in. The hair she purchases is of high quality. I usually hate leaving bad reviews especially with black own business but i had a bad experience with the closure i bought, i was told the closure this stylist sold me was 14 BODY wave, it was a 10 deep wave /curly which is a HUGE difference. I just moved here from Hawaii and I was looking on yelp to find someone to do sew ins in my dead choppy hair. Lasandra nailed it. I have uneven hair from breakage and getting it burnt off so I have to make sure my Extentions are below a certain point on my hair and well hidden and blended. Coming from a woman who has tried almost EVERYONE in san diego = LaSandra does fantastic work and is a wonderful wonderful (so wonderful I said it twice) hairstylist. I saw her for the first time today when I booked an apt to install extensions (rows). After a consultation where she thoroughly asked about my hair goals we decided a sew in with a little out was the best option. I really wanted my hair to look natural even though I got 18,20,22 inches ;) and she did a beautiful job blending the hair and making sure I can put it up in a HIGH pony tail. She also noticed some breakage with my hair and we decided on treatments we will do in the future to improve my hair's health. She did not braid too tight, she was very quick, very gentle, she wasn't trying to upsell a bunch of unnecessary products and it turned out beautifully. Impossible to name all of my amazing appointments with her but I will most definitely try. I've been coming to LaSandra since 2008 and she has taken me from damaged hair to the most healthiest hair I've EVER had in my entire life. I've received everything from sew ins, blow outs, glue ins, etc. She's cut my real hair into a mohawk a couple years ago and its already back into the middle of my back again. I've had my extensions dyed lime green, blue, blonde, pink, red, and orange.. and NONE of my tracks have EVER come out so anyone that claims that their tracks fall out is a LIAR.. and to peep my proof you can go look at my Instagram (@krissynasha) and see the lengths of how long my weaves last by just checking the weeks above my pictures to when you last see me with that hairstyle to when you first see me in that hairstyle.
