We left the Splash on Mich Ave across from McDonalds in Drbn..We paid monthly..We noticed they had…read moreno brushes on the left side of the car the 2nd time we went there..They never told us and the car in the back was hardly cleaned.. Gave them another chance went back no brushes still I talked to the person working and still washing cars..taking people's money not saying a word to anyone! We turned around left and went to Town Auto wash it's new and redesigned and clean! We met a very customer friendly man I told him our story and he said I'll give u a free $39.00 car wash and you'll see how much better we are.. We did and it was a real car wash with all the latest bells and whistles..lot's of brushes and hit every angle of that car to make it look brand new! It was dried by two men that did a beautiful finished job! We gave them a tip and off we went! Very pleased! We will be back to be put on a monthly charge.. For $20.00 a month I can get our car washed anytime.. Or I can pay more and get more! Not into this techy stuff that might be a problem..but will see! They are two kinds of vacuums at each station -- the wide flat paddle, and the narrow tube. Some users reported the prices were a little high, but I never thought that. It's $12 for a mid-level wash (the one that includes the undercarriage). I love that they accept credit cards! No quarters needed! Hallelujah! they were even able to accommodate my bike rack. They said they can handle all types of racks and trailers. Just let them know prior to beginning the automated part. At the end of the wash, there are people who will dry your car off with towels. All the employees are very nice and helpful and have gone out of their way to help me with a couple of special requests. I highly recommend!

It's one of those proper automated car washes that you should always put your car through after the winter season. Just so you can get a proper under body wash to knock out all that salt from the undercarriage. That particular wash is priced at $10 here. A bit pricey, but I can tell their machine is definitely super thorough with the clean. So its actually kind of worth it. I would definitely come back and get my car washed here again. I'll start with the positive. They are super friendly people. But I'd much rather have a clean car…read morethan be treated well. I paid $180 for this detail and it wasn't worth it, at all. The pictures say everything you need to know. The final insult was them acting like they didn't have change when I went to pay them. The guy asked around, nobody had any cash. I'm pretty sure he was fishing for a tip because when I said I didn't have any other way to pay, magically a giant wad of cash came out of his pocket and he had enough fives and tens in there to make change for me several times over... My biggest regret? Not paying with a credit card so I could file a chargeback. If you want a clean car, consider going elsewhere... Not all of the pictures show up for some reason so I'll list everything... Glovebox wasn't cleaned, full of dirt still. Sand on the floor in the back. Center console wasn't cleaned, full of dirt still. Interior trim still has gunk and crud in the nooks and crannies. Brand new stain on the back of center row seat, that wasn't there when I dropped the car off. White specks of what looks like paint on the front passenger seat, not there when I dropped the car off. Floor mats were poorly cleaned, some still have pebbles stuck to them. Overall, very dissatisfied with their work.

The exterior detailing included getting the inside and outside of the rims cleaned and were not done. Only tire shine was thrown on to make it seem like something was cleaned. Still had salt residue under mats from winter. I enjoy hiring and helping smaller, local businesses but this guy was a joke. Showed up in a busted up white mini van, old and dirty cleaning supplies in the back of the van. Do your self a favor and take your money elsewhere and get better service.
