Good selection of fruits and vegetables - we love the guavas, mangos, and carrots the most! They taste so fresh and more flavorful than what we get in the US. Decent selection of meat, dairy, snacks, cereal, etc too! They have a bakery (with fresh tortillas), pharmacy, a touristy area (bathing suits, shirts, souvenirs, etc), and an area that has prepped food items. They also have a decent alcohol/beer area. Prices are way better than what they charge at the hotel (though you're likely paying for convenience there). Highly recommend this treat to pick up items! While this area of Cancun is littered with restaurants, there's not much in the way of cheap, quick grub. There's a pretty dope quesadilla spot down the way, but the rest is more of a sit down vibe. They also have lots of flavors of Fanta and Fresca which I've been drinking from here like they're going out of style. Two of my favorite things to consume while in Mexico!
