Truly awful, overpriced, bad service, aggressive waiting staff & food poisoning after
Went on a Sunday, pretty busy place, they said we could not select items from the menu as the kitchen was closing soon, so only food from the set menu was available. We asked if we could order paella but they said it would take too long. So we waited about an hour for some croquettes to arrive, then another 30 minutes for more croquettes, then longer for some sandwiches. We asked 3 times after that were the main course was, staff became increasingly aggressive & rude every time. Finally the male waiter said it was out fault it took so long as we didn't book the table in advance!!
After being there for over 90 minutes we didn't feel like waiting or being there any longer and asked for some boxes to take the main course away (guess what, it was paella....!).....the female waitress threw some plastic boxes down on the table and told us to box the food ourselves.....We were not offered the dessert from the set menu but were still charged for it. €26 each for a few croquettes and paella.
All four us had food poisoning afterwards. We threw the paella in the bin
Truly the worse dining experience ever, every part of it was unpleasant ...
the worse was being shouted at aggressively by the male waiter and told it was our fault the food was taking so long....blaming your customers for your restaurants shortcomings is beyond acceptable. read more
