This one finally made a juicy nice Safran tasting rice at a reasonable price point. The taste was great, we just prefer rice over noodles. He has fresh grown vegetables on the property and we'll kept live animals. I would do this again while in Valencia. Coming here was an experience, and a wonderful one at that. It is located on a farm area a little…read moreaway from the city, which is nice to get away from all the hustle amd bustle of a big city every now and then. There are animals and dogs and cats, which I loved because it added to the "farm feel" of the location. Toni was exceptionally hospitable and kind to everyone in my large group of over 30 people. We picked the vegetables ourselves, and even got to help cook some of the paella. This is not only the best paella I've ever had, but also the best meal I've had since I've been here in Spain for 5 weeks. It is definitely worth your while to come here.
