If you are visiting and you're vegan please visit Choclo Y Maíz. The flavors are all just right. There's plenty of tacos and quesadillas to chose from. I've been eating out vegan for this whole week and the chef at Choclo Y Maíz prepares everything with love. It makes such a difference and you know when a chef cares when they are preparing meals. My tacos Al Pastor were not just some seitan or soy substitute it was carefully crafted, seasoned and prepared expertly and then plated properly. Wow By the way two tacos were 44 pesos or $2 USD My quesadilla is not what one would find at a Beto's or a Roberto's it was fancy. Inside it was packed with chucks of seasoned cubes of seitan. They looked and tasted like cubes of Carne Asada. I had to double check before taking another bite. I was super impressed.
