The RV park has some sites with grass and others are gravel. We were on a gravel site which wasn't that bad. Sites are decent sized, but ours didn't have much shade. Their pools are in a beautifully landscaped area with a decent sized Jacuzzi. They also have 2 firepit areas which are very nice to sit around at night. They went above and beyond to make us concert goers feel welcomed. They brought in extra shower & bathroom facilities which were very nice to use. They supplied a wonderful continental breakfast. They had a food vendor on site to cook you up a yummy $4.00 breakfast burrito and some yummy $2.00 tacos when you returned late at night after the concert. They hosted a pool party for 4 days. They were very friendly and helpful every step of the way. IW, you do it right. They aren't all about the "don't do this and don't do that", however, they embrace the fun crowd and promote a fun, safe environment. Thank you again IW for a great experience. We booked for next year before we left to come home. So we're looking forward to another Stagecoach weekend with you. We also plan on bringing our families back for a family trip very soon.

Very little to do around here. their pools are satisfactory. Smells like weed at night. The cabins are ok. the age restrictions are crazy, you have to be 18 to work out. I'm 15 and can already drive but I can't even be in the same room as a treadmill. This place feels like an old white community. I never like to come here ever again.

They had a taco truck on site for this late night munchies. Showers clean and hot. Park very clean. Sites don't have shade for the most part) Would definitely stay again. There is a third party , bee friendly shuttle service that will take you to and from festival grounds. This was convenient however our experience was waiting 1.5 hours at 2 am to come back. The resort is only about 15 min by car to the grounds, if I had known that maybe I would try to make other arrangements.

He showed up with all the latest technical gear and I was able to watch the inspection as it was happening on a provided screen. He explained where the camera was and what we were looking at and provided a digital narrated video copy of the inspection immediately afterwards. Got here on a Monday and got into a pull through close to the dog park. This park is beautifully…read moremaintained, including the dog park. I wish the dog park had double entry doors so if you're at the opposite side of the dog park and another dog person comes in and your dog runs towards the gate, a double door keeps your dog safe from running out. Centrally located to great restaurants and shopping centers. So far, the only downside is there's a train that runs directly behind the park (by dog park) apx every 20 minutes, in case you're hearing sensitive. Laundromat available, located next to one of the pools. I learned while here of you put your trash in your driveway of your RV spot it gets picked up. Also, if you go to front desk you may request one bag of ice a day at no charge. Pull through is the easiest but all the spots are nice. They've decorated for Christmas so the park is lit up. Many people have dogs but didn't hear one dog bark during the night, I did hear a cat.

Right from the start, Park Ranger T.T. set the tone for our stay. T.T. greeted us with genuine warmth and friendliness, took care of the check-in process smoothly (license, registration, and insurance), and then went above and beyond by making sure we had clear driving directions so we'd be perfectly set up and facing the right way. That thoughtful attention made arrival stress-free--what a great way to start a trip! Then came the big surprise: brand-new 30/50 AMP pedestals and all the hard work that's gone into site repairs and upgrades. WoW--fantastic! It's obvious that a lot of care and effort has been invested in making the park more comfortable and convenient for guests. We also love how T.T. took our number and has been sending just the right amount of text updates about current and upcoming events--helpful without being overwhelming. It makes us feel connected and part of the fun. And of course, we know it's not just T.T., but the entire team working behind the scenes to keep this resort running so smoothly. You can tell why this park consistently earns 5-star ratings--they've earned it! We couldn't be happier with our return to Thousand Trails Palm Springs. A nice drive through since we have a 35' motorhome with a car dolly. So many new power boxes! I saw several dozen new ones! They even allowed me to push my dolly under my rig. I put an outdoor rug over what little stuck out that could be seen.
