How can anyone not love Spanish paella? It has chicken, chorizo and different kinds of seafood cooked in huge amounts of saffron flavored rice. This internationally-renowned rice dish is loved by Filipinos and because of this you're never far away from enjoying its distinctive flavors whenever you are in Manila. Speaking for myself, I head over to Las Paellas in BF Homes whenever I crave for this dish. I always order their Paella Valenciana and find myself constantly lost in its deliciousness midway through the pan. The price per pan isn't expensive once you realize that this restaurant does not scrimp on ingredients. Their standard pan priced at P450 could feed up to 4 people with huge appetites. If you're looking for something nice to start your meal with, I suggest you order their oyster Rockefeller (something light since the Valenciana is quite heavy) or if you're really famished try their Chorizo Fritos. Lastly, try to enjoy these dishes with a bottle of their Spanish wine! read more
