Unfortunately, when we arrived, our order wasn't ready, which was disappointing because preordering is supposed to save time. There were only about four other people waiting and two employees working the truck. We ended up waiting close to 20 minutes for our food. As for the meal itself, the lobster was fresh, buttery, and flavorful. I wish the rolls had more of a toasted crispness, they were squished flat. We also weren't fans of the coleslaw because it tasted overly vinegary, maybe it was just an off day? We would have preferred some crunchy french fries versus the Cape Cod Chips. The highlight of the meal ended up being the chocolate whoopie pie for dessert -- absolutely delicious! Not sure if we would try it again?

While we don't think he has his food truck here every Thursday, when it is here it is worth a try. Besides moving around to the various Farmer's Markets in the south suburbs of Chicago, Brother George also visits other places - that's the advantage of a food truck. I believe his food truck can also be rented for family events and catering if you are of the notion. But either way the food stands out. Very good BBQ in pretty much all its forms - BBQ chicken, BBQ ribs and rib tips, and BBQ brisket. They also have combo plates for those that have trouble deciding, and can serve up cole slaw and fries with any order. They also have excellent mac n' cheese. All-in-all the food here is very good and a welcome change from the usual Farmer's Market offerings. He makes his own sauce too - and named it Comeback Sauce because that is what it will make you do.
