I ordered the Bifo de Lomo which is a tenderloin (think filet mignon) and it was slap your mama good! It came sizzling in butter... need I say more? It comes a little rare and you can't change the temperature (I asked for medium rare, but they said it comes the way it comes). No biggie though, I just cut the steak up as soon as I get it and laid the slices on the sizzling plate. It cooked perfectly! Since we weren't sure if any of the dishes came with sides, my husband and I split the potato puree (otherwise known as mashed potatoes). They were also really delicious!
