They were extremely friendly at Larson's Landing. We had a few issues with our boat rental experience. The first was we had reserved the Cub's boat and it was not available because of a steering issue. We were given the choice of either the Illini boat or the White Sox boat. Both were in very poor shape. We ended up renting the White Sox boat. It was in terrible condition. The whole boat needed painting. When sitting on the benches paint came off on your body. No one seems to care at this place. Service was slow and we felt ignored. They must be trying to save on portions because ours looked like a children's menu. It took forever for food to be served and then it was cold. No one knew how to make a drink. Bathrooms dirty. Wouldn't come back here. read more
