They replaced the plugs and the water pump(impeller was part of this). When Bayside did a lake test, one of the hosing the pushes water through the exhausted popped up. Which created an excessive amount of heat that melted the paint of the exhaust and damaged wiring. They did not tell me this when I picked up the boat. I noticed it before I left their dock and called it out to them. They did try to repair the damage but ever since I have had nothing but problems. The boat was in perfect condition prior to them working on it. Won't be back to them every again. Many other good shops on the lake.

This business is run so poorly that you never know whether they are incompetent, dishonest, or just don't care. We were inconvenienced at every turn. No commitment was kept, no return phone call was made on time, and so we spent weeks waiting for calls that never came, updates left hanging in the twilight zone, and ultimately a sense of being ripped off. I am not saying they are crooks, although they might be. I am not saying they are mechanically incompetent, although they might be. At the end I felt like buying the dude a watch and a calendar. He apparently has no idea that when he says he'll get a boat ready by a certain day at a certain time, I make plans. When circumstances change, he doesn't call, he waits for me to call him, after my day is shot. Over and over and over again. His unprofessional behavior probably ruined five or six days of my summer. I have had boats and have been dependent on marinas for thirty years, this is the first time I've ever been totally disappointed. You can't find a worse place to get your boat stored and serviced. Today was the final straw... boat was not ready or cleaned when we arrived, so asked it we could keep it out an extra 20 mins to make up for their being late. All the owner could do was accuse US of being late. We have brought 4 other families into this boat club and we are ALL going elsewhere next year. Literally zero customer service, nor can they acknowledge when they make a mistake. Dirty old boats with awful anchors and no repairs over the entire summer. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
