I checked with them about an approximate arrival time and when he told me how busy he was, I told him that we could wait a day or two because we had power and others didnt, and to call me with a new day and time. Our doorbell does not work but does not need to as I have several dogs. Nooone barked- How does that happen?? And why wouldnt you call before driving away? What if someone was in the shower or something, I mean after all, we did not know he was still coming as he never bothered to let us know, even after promising to call before coming over as I told him I am frequently tied up with my disabled son. I am glad that he has so much business that he can behave this way. I know he wont be troubled by us again. If you are looking for manners and good customer service, I would keep looking. I cant speak about his skill as we never had a chance to experience that. Completely unprofessional.
