I checked with them about an approximate arrival time and when he told me how busy he was, I told him that we could wait a day or two because we had power and others didnt, and to call me with a new day and time. He never did this but says he showed up at my house at 645 PM and claims to have knocked and rang bell and noone answered so he drove away. Never called us or anything. Our doorbell does not work but does not need to as I have several dogs. Nooone barked- How does that happen?? And why wouldnt you call before driving away? What if someone was in the shower or something, I mean after all, we did not know he was still coming as he never bothered to let us know, even after promising to call before coming over as I told him I am frequently tied up with my disabled son. Anyway, called him today to see when he is coming and he was hostile and told me he was here and on and on and now wont even consider making us an appt until next week?? I am glad that he has so much business that he can behave this way. I know he wont be troubled by us again. If you are looking for manners and good customer service, I would keep looking. I cant speak about his skill as we never had a chance to experience that. Completely unprofessional. I owned my own business for 25 yrs and NEVER would have even considered treating a customer in this manner.

Had a problem with a circuit breaker in my home. Tried to get other companies to come out--one…read moredidn't call back, one set an appointment time and never showed up. My freezer had no electricity and I was getting frustrated. Called Davin, the had someone out first thing in the morning. The electrician didn't have the right type of circuit breaker on his truck, but asked permission to put in a used one to get elctricity flowing while while he went back for a new one. Came right back and got everything fixed in no time. Friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to work on a small job. I'll never call anyone else for electric work!

Essentially, the faucet on my home is old and it didn't even require any actually work. He tightened what needed to be tightened and showed me in my basement where the shut off value is to prevent any further leaking. He advised that he wouldn't charge me anything since he didn't really "do anything" but I still paid him. Time is money and it's the holidays.
