Alex has always been very responsive, intentional and informative. Most recently, I made a purchase of a new vehicle. Going to the weekend I let him know and he and his team set me up with a quote, based on my possible options of vehicles that I was considering. He then went a step further and gave me his personal number in the event I decided to make a decision during non business hours. Sure enough, I made a 3.5hour drive to look at a potential vehicle, that was not what I originally told him, on a Sunday. Once I settled on which car I wanted the process started moving quickly. I called Alex and he stepped away from his personal time and helped me with navigating through Progressive's App to show proof of insurance. Then gave me honest advice, even though I might not wanted to hear it, in regards to the purchase of GAP insurance. We tried leaving voicemails and emailing, but Chris is so unprofessional he stopped responding. Do not trust your business here because Chris, who lacks integrity and intellect, will simply ignore you (and your years of loyalty to this company) and abandon business relationships with no warning or communication.

3 weeks ago. Less than a month old vehicle incurred damage at one of their insured properties…read more They took a week to call me back and never sent an adjuster instead asked me for photos. I chase them down after 2 weeks despite them not answering the phone or returning voicemails and they told me they're denying the claim because they couldn't prove the damage was caused because the property owner security cameras were malfunctioning as if that's my problem. They then tried to scare me by telling me that I in fact was responsible for the damage and that I also cause damage to the car wash. The icing on the cake is when they both repeated every time. I asked how I was able to hit a cable stored in the proper location that the camera system wasn't working that day and then they even attempted to intimidate me by telling me that as a matter of fact, my vehicle caused damage to the insured property.
